AES Scientific and Technological Delegation on 4-5th March 2017

The Scientific and Technological Delegation was supported by The Hong Kong Institute of Clerks of Works (HKICW). We visited the Shunde headquarter of the Country Garden Holdings Company Ltd, Bijiang Golden House, Ancestral Hall, Calligraphy, playing the lyre and site visit to Heyuan Park, with the theme of studying strategic and fast development of towns of special features in Mainland China. As we observed, strategic planning, clear division of labour and strong implementations are the keys to success.
