Dashun Foundation 5th Anniversary Cocktail Reception cum Establishment of Belt & Road Global Development Alliance (BARGDA) was held on 31st May 2016, at Garden Lounge, Hong Kong Club from 18:30 to 20:30. The Guest of Honour and the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Prof K C Chan, and one of the Advisors of BARGDA and the Vice-chairperson of HKSAR Basic Law Committee, Ms Elsie Leung Oi-sie delivered the keynote addresses to over 500 participants.
