AES 21st Anniversary Dinner, 27 October 2016
The AES 21st Anniversary Dinner was successfully held on 27 October 2016 at the JW Marriott Hotel. We were honoured to have the Honourable C Y Leung, the Chief Executive of HKSAR, and Ms Chou Hong, Deputy Director of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government, attending as our Principal Guests of Honour of the Dinner.
It was an excellent opportunity for over 400 members and and guests to meet and expand their network in a relaxed atmosphere with senior government officials, government staff associations as well as professionals from different industries.
We were also delighted to have talented performers, including the Honourable Lo Wai Kwok, Professor David Lee Ka Yan and the Band of Civil Engineering Development Department.Everyone had a great time and the ballroom was filled with joy and laughter.
Of course, this grand event would not have been possible without the good efforts of the Organising Committee and all the helpers. The success of our Anniversary Dinner tonight was already good evidence of strong support from the 140 invited guests as well as the commitment of our members. We look forward to seeing you at the future events of AES.
